With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Doss (Goshen, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 2, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Robert departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Robert leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Doss of Maybrook, NY; his children, Robert L. Doss (Jennifer Doss) of Hamptonburgh, NY and Michaele Sillsbury (Roger Sillsbury); and his stepson James Robinson (Grace Coyle) of Chester, NY. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Disabled American Veterans (DAV) in his memory, supporting those who have served our nation as he so proudly did.
