He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson R. Brown and Margaret Pike Brown. He is survived by: his children, Russell (Donna Brown) and Renee Brown Smith (Jason "Grizz" Risley) of Gouverneur; his granddaughters, RiKayla Brown of Harrisville and Janay Smith of Gouverneur; his stepgrandchildren, Delinda, Corey LaRock of Williamstown, Derek and Brittany Hubbard of Gouverneur; his great grandchildren, Alexandra, Ty Thomas, Trey, Dominique LaRock and Aden Hubbard; and his great great grandchildren, Emerson and Atlas Thomas. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The United Church of Richville, Maple Grove Cemetery Association or the Richville First Responders.
