He is survived by: his sons, Craig Platt (Nichole) of Florida and Brian Platt (Delia) of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Clifford Platt of Florida, Bruce Platt of North Carolina, Jeff Platt (Sara) of Gouverneur and Tina Horton of Gouverneur. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
