He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lula, Raymond Cyrus, Marlene and Roger Ingram; and his aunts and uncles, Donald, Raymond, Reggie Cyrus, Linda Thomas, Carolyn Peck and Lisa Cyrus.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard C. Cyrus and Brenda L. Ingram; his children, Paisley Cyrus and Kashston Cyrus; and his siblings, Patrick Cyrus (Jessica Sweet), Joshua Cyrus (Sara Ellard), Richard Cyrus (Bobbi Sue Prashaw), Takisha, Shayne Austin, Ciera Way and Amy Cyrus.
