He is survived by: his wife Sherrill June; his children, Eric Walton and Debbie Ryan (Jason); his grandchildren, Brionna Ball, Arden Ball and Noah Werth; and his sister Kay Walton.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Frary Funeral Home (33 Park St, Gouverneur, NY 13642). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Hailesboro Cemetery.
