He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry R. McDonald and Frances McDonald (Aldrich). He is survived by: his sister Laura; his brother-in-law Joshua Link; his aunt Connie; and his uncle Ed White. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
