She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Denesha and Beulah Denesha (Hayden); her former husband Ivan Shampine Sr.; her husband William G. McIntosh; her daughter Kimberly Devito; and her siblings, Marie Forbes and Kenneth Denesha.

She is survived by: her son Ivan F. Shampine Jr. of Gouverneur, NY; her stepdaughters, Sherry McGrath of El Cajon, CA and Christine Klock of Theresa, NY; and her sibling Lynn Denesha (Pete) of Gouverneur, NY. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
