He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger E. Williams and Leta M. Williams (Bigelow); and his brothers, Elbert, Gordon, Merrill and David.
He is survived by: his children, Richard (Pamela), Robert (Angela), Gina Vaillancourt (Richard) and Roger. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
