He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhemina Sim (Wescott) and Edward Sim; and his siblings, Dr. William Sim, Isabel Richards and Kenneth Sim.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Sheehan; and his children, Debra King (Roger), Dale Fredette (Michael), Tammy Hodgdon (Andrew) and Edward Sim. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
