Ruth I. Dusharm Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2026, at the age of 74, Ruth I. Dusharm (Gouverneur, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Elizabeth Bishop; and her grandson Dean Myron Stratton. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Dusharm; her children, Melvin Dusharm (Shawna), Debbie Cowger (Kevin), Andrew Dusharm (Rochelle) and Jessica Stratton (Russell); and her siblings, Doreen Bush, Eileen McIntosh, Barton Bishop, Alton Bishop and Stanley Harris. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Ruth can go to her family to help with expenses.
