William will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor William by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Elliott and Arcenith Elliott (Pennell); and his siblings, Marjory Evatt, Thomas Elliott and Robert Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Alyce Elliott; and his children, Bill Elliott, Susan (Daniel Durnan), James Elliott and Paul (Amy Boyle Elliott). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and his nieces and nephews.
