He was predeceased by: his grandparents, LeLand and Elizabeth Huff. He is survived by: his parents, Denise Huff of Gowanda and Burl LaForme of Ontario; and his brothers, Josiah of Gowanda and Joseph LaForme of Gowanda. He is also survived by several loving cousins, aunts, and uncles.
