We bid farewell to Ralph V. Manning of Gowanda, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 23, 2025 at the age of 102. Ralph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Manning and Alice Manning (Easton); his former spouse Fritzi Thalheimer; his wife Pauline Brown; his sons, Duane and Brad Purvis; and his siblings, W. Richard, L. Elroy, Willard, Nobart, Hobart Manning, Mary Bartlett, Alta Mosher, Marian Warner and Harriet Pugsley.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Manning of Gowanda, NY, Lori Gee (Kevin) of Farmington, NY, Holly Manning of Cattaraugus, NY and Ginger Cullers (Larry) of Brandywine, WV. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mentley Funeral Home (411 Rock City St, Little Valley, NY 14755). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
