He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Bettker and Viola Bettker Sr. (Philbrick); and his wife Sandra King. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Bettker of Gowanda and Janet Roth (Richard) of Gowanda; and his stepsons, Robert Rose of Olean, Richard Rose of Westfield, Roland Rose of Redonia and David Rose of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
