He is survived by: his wife Linda DeCarolis; his children, Joanna Meisel (Robert), John DeCarolis Jr. and Carrie Hernly; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn DeCarolis, Cathi O'Connor (late Tim), Richard Gladziszewski, James Gladziszewski (Sally), John Gladziszewski (Linda), Mary Lukin (Tom) and Kristen Gates (Gregg). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephens R. C. Church (2100 Baseline Rd, Grand Island, NY 14072).
In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory to Mount St. Mary's Hospital (Lewiston, NY) or the Erie County SPCA.
