He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Powell and Marion Powell (Zapf); and his brother Thomas Powell. He is survived by: his wife Judith Nolan Powell; his siblings, Mary Ann Acker (late Tim) and Michael Powell (Brenda); his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Druks (late Neil), Margaret DeLoreto (Joseph), Richard Nolan (Alma Stapleton), Daniel Nolan (late Donna) and James Nolan (Cynthia); and his friend Jimmy Hilburger. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
