He is survived by: his daughter Brooke Ballard; his wife Katie Ballard; his daughter Vanessa; his mother Carrie McCullen; his stepfather Ron McCullen; his siblings, Michelle McCullen, Kristine Ballard and Carl Ballard; his brother-in-law Nick Gould; his niece Rory Gould; and his nephew Nicolas Gould.
