He was predeceased by : his parents, Warren Webster and Blanche Webster (Manell); and his siblings, Warren, Wayne, Joseph and Joyce Webster.

He is survived by : his wife Susan W. Webster; and his children, John Webster (Donna), Jeffrey Webster (Karen), Tracy Webster (Patricia), William Babcock (Jennifer), Ann-Margret Babcock (Derric Race), Barbra Babcock and Philip M. Webster Jr. (Christie Marie). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the SPCA of Upstate NY.
