He was predeceased by: his brothers, William, Philip and Michael Billow. He is survived by: his wife Susan Sufnarski Billow; his brother-in-law Michael Sufnarski of North Carolina; his daughter Cheryl-Lyn Cross (Richie); his grandsons, Sean and Daniel; and his brothers, Donald Billow of Middletown Springs, VT and David Billow of East Poultney, VT.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
