He is survived by: his wife Millie; his sister Rosemary Riley of Carthage, NY; and his children, Brian Briggs of Gentry, AR, Darren Briggs of Granville, NY, Kristen Mousseau (Atlee) of Litchfield, ME and Gretchen Richards (Jeff) of Hartford, NY. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Haynes House of Hope (7187 State Route 149, Granville, NY, 12832) where Ted and Millie volunteered in their younger years, or the Granville Rescue Squad (52 East Potter Avenue, Granville, NY 12832).
