In the vast expanse of eternity, Salvatore shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Salvatore farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Purpora and Anna Purpora; and his brother Gaetano. He is survived by: his wife Annette; and his children, Ronald (Gail), Donna Ferreri (Christopher), Anne Marie Colombo (Carl), Annette Colombo (Michael) and Sally Cracolici (Robert). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
