She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Martin E. Segal and Edith L. Segal; her husband Dr. Kanti R. Rai; her brother Paul Segal; her daughter Samantha Rai; her son-in-law Jay Zaslow; her son Joshua Rai; her daughter-in-law Catherine Malin; and her grandchildren, Ella, Mira, Isaiah and Deva.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Riverside Memorial Chapel (180 W 76th St, New York, NY 10023).
