He was predeceased by: his parents, Lymon Blackmon and Marie Putnam Blackmon; and his sister Hollice Forehand. He is survived by: his daughters, Tamara Jones (Philip), Diana Andrews (Chester) and Darla Martin (Michael); and his sibling's children, Connie Nixon (Kent) and John Elba Forehand. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters; 4 grandsons; 2 step granddaughters; 2 great-granddaughters; 7 great-grandsons; a step great-granddaughter; 4 step great-grandsons.
