Carol will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Carol by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Carol is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Carol’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Padgett and Beatrice Padgett; her husband John R Guild; and her sister Rita [Charles] Kinney. She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Guild, Jennifer [Steve] Ranck and Leah [Eamon] McCormack; and her grandchildren, Addison, Alexander and Marin. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greece United Methodist Church (1924 Maiden Ln #1, Rochester, NY 14626).
