She was predeceased by : her significant other Robert J Crudele. She is survived by : her children, Stacy Crudele, Shane Crudele (Gretchen) and Kellie Provo (Mikey); her grandchildren, Jack, Claire, Emma, Lucy Crudele and Reagan Provo; and her siblings, Taryn Hilliker (Dave Paul), Valerie Vergona (Steven), Onnalee Ricci (Tim), Britt Youngman (Margaret) and Lance Youngman (Linda Goodman). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and amazing friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Honor Flight of Rochester in her memory. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Cheryl M. Crudele 's name.
