He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret [Weber] Talbot; his parents, George Talbot and Gertrude Talbot; his siblings, George, Fred, Kenny, Bobby Talbot and Marion Burlingham; his children-in-law, Darla Talbot and Clifford "Buster" Roy; his mother-in-law Margaret Weber; and his siblings-in-law, JoAnne and Raymond Weber.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Roy, Virginia Sofia (Joe), William J. Talbot (Cathy) and James W., Jr. Talbot (Mary Kay); his grandchildren, Clifford Roy, Michael Roy (Faith), Jamilyn Miller (Josh), Bruce Rasmusson (Kelly), Robert Rasmusson (Amanda), Brett Rasmusson (Jennifer), Joseph Sofia, Jason Sofia (Rachel), Toni Reed (James), James W. III Talbot (Sarah) and Tyler Talbot (Ashley); and his sister Irene Smedley (John Fess). He is also survived by 35 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc. (219 Spencerport Rd, Rochester, NY 14606). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
