With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Lou Klaus of Greece, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Piazza and Angelina Piazza; her husband Kenneth Klaus; her brother Thomas Piazza; her daughter Lynn Horton; and her son-in-law Clifford Horton.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Klaus (Ann), David Klaus (Susan), Cheryl Kabb (Paul), Jeffrey Klaus (Tina) and Loreen Appleton (Stephen); her grandchildren, Michelle (Denis), Casey (Mark), Nicole, Brendan (Meghan), Matthew, Christopher (Michelle), Melissa, Shannon (Nick), Natalie, Ashley, Naomi and Leah; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Parker, Samantha, Hazel, Mae and Clark; and her sister Carol Marrocco (Ange). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital in her memory.
