He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Papkey and Edith Papkey; his brother Richard Papkey; and his mother-in-law Ann MacDougall. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his sons, Ethan and Tyler Papkey; his brothers, Roy Papkey and Robert Papkey (Milly); his father-in-law Richard MacDougall; and his sister-in-law Kimberly Mulligan (Joe).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 208 Cedar Creek Trail, Rochester, NY 14626.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis (https://www.givecampus.com) and to the Hospice Care Hildebrandt Campus Fund at Rochester Regional Health, 2652 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626 in memory of Randy.
