He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Prem and Bessie Prem. He is survived by: his brother Robert; his wife Cosma Viva Prem; his children, Susan, Terry (Mary), Richard J and Daniel (Kellsie); and his grandchildren, Kyle (Dana), Tyler Abigail (Jillian), Allison and Anthony.
