It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas L. DiCesare of Greece, New York, who passed away on May 6, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis DiCesare and Mary DiCesare. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Thomas DiCesare (Laurie) and Tammy Plucknette (Mikie); his grandchildren, Michael DiStefano (Gracie Noto), Tobie DiCesare (Claudia), Dominic DiStefano (Kira), Torie DiCesare (Rose Richelsen) and Tyler DiCesare; and his cousin Lenore Grasso (Mike). He is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Parish of the Holy Family (4100 Lyell Rd, Rochester, NY 14606).
