He was predeceased by: his parents, James Talbot and Margaret Talbot; and his brother-in-law Clifford Roy. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Talbot (Sarvey); his daughter Toni Reed (James); his stepchildren, Corey Green (Harry), Kevin Dickes (Breanna) and Karla Arnold; his grandchildren, Aleycia Perez, Zachariah Reed, Jacob Reed, Mekih Arnold-Parson, Raelyn Thomas, Izzy LaMark and Roux Dickes; his siblings, Deborah Roy, Virginia Sofia (Joe) and James Talbot (MaryKay); his sister-in-law Kathy Blake (James) of Coraopolis, PA; and his aunt Irene Smedley (John Fess). He is also survived by cousins, many nieces and nephews.
