She is survived by: her daughters, Paula (John Crippen), Patty (Charlie Izard) and Pam (Cem Cemay); her grandsons, Caden Izard and John Cemay; her great grandchildren, Allie and Charlotte; her sister Patricia Ann Mohr; and her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Matson.
