It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia A. White of Greene, New York, who passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard White; and her parents, Edward Maltzan and Arlene Maltzan. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Markham (Jeff), Mark White, Brian White (Beth) and Lynnette White (Tim); her grandchildren, Nicholas Markham (Molly) and Gabriella Markham; her sister Patricia VanAlstyne; her niece Tameka VanAlstyne; and her close friends, Julia and Richard.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Root Funeral Home (23 N Chenango St, Greene, NY 13778). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
