He was predeceased by : his parents, William Pepper and Florence Pepper; and his sisters, Beverly Pepper and Joan Baker. He is survived by : his sister Florence; his brother-in-law Ken Anders of Greene; and his brothers, William (Gayle Pepper) and Robert (Marlene Pepper). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
