We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2026, Robert Alger Sr. of Greene, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Alger and Marjorie Alger; and his sister Donna Ingraham. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Alger (Ingraham); his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Lynne Alger Jr.; his daughter Michele; his son-in-law Jasen Bassett; his grandchildren, Christopher Alger (Cheryl), Aaron Alger, Alicia Caraway (Tom) and Collin Bassett; his great grandchildren, Serenity Alger and Martin Alger; his sisters, Judy Ingraham (Bill) and Phyllis Christian; his brother-in-law Tom Ingraham; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
