He is survived by: his children, Carol McGee Ball (Ron Ball) of Falconer and James S. McGee Sr. of Kennerdell, PA; his grandchildren, Timothy Ball (Stacey), Catherine Ball-Kim (Scott Kim), James S. McGee Jr., Kristyn J. Johnson (Justin) and Lauren A. Oste (Jay); and his caregiver Connie L. Dahlin.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Beginnings Baptist Church (638 NY-394, Kennedy, NY 14747). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
