He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Walters and Elsie Walters; his siblings, Frank, Judy, Nancy, Diane and Denise; his children, Jill (Gerard), Cheri (Don), Dave (Lori) and Christine; his wife Carol Jean; his grandchildren, Christian, Hayley (Jim), Sean, Victoria (Ryan), Abigail, Logan, Julia, Jeremy, Holden, Sam, Willow, Zoe and Kai; and his great grandchild Ellie. He was also cherished by Dad to his 4 children, being a father-in-law, being a Papa.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McMillan-Small Funeral Home (910 67th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Andrew Catholic Church (503 37th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577).
