She is survived by: her children, Rashad Lawson Sr. and Kwanita Palmer; her grandchildren, Adrianna Golovatii, Rashad Lawson Jr., Sean Lawson and Shackela Palmer; and her siblings, Doris Smith, Vera Bell, Eddie Jr. Smith, Robert Lee Smith, Samuel Richard Smith, Steven Smith, Bernice Smith, Dennis Smith and Philip Smith.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jefferson Temple Church of God in Christ (15625 County Rd 48, Cutchogue, NY 11935). Visitation will be held on Monday, November 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM.
