He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus H. Mattick and Sarah Mattick (Waldenmaier); and his siblings, Augustus, George, Charles Mattick and Beverly Figel.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Mattick, Marlene O'Connor, Michael Mattick and Amy Henges. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
