He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Merrill, Ruth Cook (Klein), Frank and Belva Babcock (Brookman). He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Cook (Babcock) and Keith Cook; his sisters, Melissa Cook (Jack Perreault) and Melodie Cook; his niece Ella Perreault; his nephew Chance Perreault; his uncles, Craig Cook (Barb) and Kimball Cook; and his aunt Pat Babcock. He is also survived by many cousins and life long friends.
