He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Charles Petrikas Sr. and Jacquelyn Petrikas; and his siblings, Jon Petrikas and Dianne Kaan. He is survived by: his brother Jeff; his wife Kathleen; his children, Kasey Melucci (Dan), Kylie Suite (Zach), Alison West (OC) and Michael McMore; his siblings, Linda Barber (Pat), Jackie Honeyman (Mark), Robbin Havens, Garth Petrikas and George Petrikas (Jackie); his niece Heather Whitney (Tyler); and his grandchildren, Damon, Callon, Kameron, Hunter, Tehren, Declan, Adriana and Saylor.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (62 Warren St, Glens Falls, NY 12801).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Jeff's memory to the Fort Ann Rescue Squad, PO Box 237, Fort Ann, NY 12827.
