She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McDonald Scott and May Bertha Anderson; her son Matthew; and her siblings, Joanne Brownell and Donald C. Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannine Chandler (Craig) and Michael Gaige (Jennifer); her granddaughters, Oliva, Ella Chandler and Phoebe Gaige; and her sister Leona Brownell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donations may be made in Barbara's name to the Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless or the Northeastern New York Chapter of the American Red Cross.
