He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Crosby and Doris Crosby; and his stepmother Freda Crosby. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Crosby (Connelly); his children, David Martin Crosby (Cathy), John Crosby, Deborah Crosby, Joanne Sloan (Robert) and French; his adoptive son Olivier (Bert); his brother Douglas Crosby (Nancy); his grandchildren, Michael, Robbie, Adam, Olivia, Mateo and Tyler; and his close friends, Stephen, Pinkie, John, Jane Scudder, Barbara Jean, Mike, Linda and Jane Crosby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
