She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward B. Jones Sr. and Iola M. Jones (Moors); her grandparents, William S. Jones and Mary Ann Jones (Pepper); and her brothers, Edward B. Jones II, William G. Jones, Donald H. Jones, Robert H. Jones and Richard T. Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald W. Ferguson Sr.; her sister MaryAnn Jones of Wilton; her children, Deborah Stewart (Robert Jeffery) of Halfmoon, Patricia Stoltz (Michael) of Greenwich, Gerald W. Ferguson Jr. (Marie) of Milton and Melissa Fordyce (Brad) of Wilton; and her grandchildren, Sheree Stewart, Andrew Stoltz, Nicholas Stoltz (Adrianna), Samuel Stoltz, Bryan Ferguson, Joseph Ferguson, Elizabeth Fordyce and Jack Fordyce. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (155 Ballard Rd, Gansevoort, NY 12831). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Greenwich Cemetery.
