He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ingles Kelly; his siblings, Annette Iskra and Larry; and his son John Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Hewitt of Ashaway, RI, Terry Kelly of Greenwich, Richard Kelly of Latham and Tim Kelly (Nancy) of Fountain Inn, SC; his daughter-in-law Elaine Kelly of Greenwich; his sister-in-law Alice Kelly of Norwich, NY; his grandchildren, Chris (Stephanie), Eric (Kendra), Brad Kelly (Kathleen), Claire Pratt (Connor), Thomas Kelly (Sierra) and Amy Brown (Nicholas); and his great grandchildren, Caroline, Rogan, Shea, Nora, Grady, Wrenley, Alaiya Kelly, Aidan, Dubhlainn and Conlan Brown (Char Killam) of Saratoga.
