He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William A. Mills Sr. and Minnie Edna Mills; his pets, Gizmo and Muggsy; his brothers, Norman A. Mills and Glen H. Mills; his stepchildren, Kenneth Lee Leight, Matthew Adam Leight and Kasandra Janine Marie Frye; his wife Marie Elizabeth R. Mills; and his brothers, William A. Mills Jr. and Roland L. Mills.
