She is survived by: her children, Patrick Hooker (Nicole) of Greenwood, Jesse Hooker (Mariko) of California and Bobbi Jo Hooker-Haley of Hornell; and her siblings, Debra Vallance (Raymond) of Florida and Larry Dieterman (Jeanie) of Indiana. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
