It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Jack Breed of Groton, New York, born in Ithaca, New York, who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Hallie Neville Breed; his children, Wrenley and Callahan "Bo" Breed of Groton; his mother Tama Budinger (Powers) of Brooktondale; his siblings, Brandi Jo Budinger, Bobbijo Breed and Troy Tagliavento (Mickey); his siblings' children, Connor Breed and Emma Peck; his parents-in-law, Christopher and Deanne Neville; his sister-in-law Leah Cox (Craig); his nephew Easton; and his brother-in-law Chad Neville. He is also survived by many cousins, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shurtleff Funeral Home (103 Lincoln Ave, Groton, NY 13073).
Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Brooktondale Fire Department or the Groton Fire Department in Jack's name.
