He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Forshee and Geraldine Forshee (Crissey); and his brother David Forshee. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Forshee (Welch); his children, Jason, Arin, Ashley and Tyler Forshee; his stepchildren, Nathan (Martha), Jennifer, Jessica and Nichole Snyder (Robert); his sister Vivian Forshee; his cousin Kevin Holley; and his brother-in-law Wayne Welch. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
