He is survived by: his children, Michael E. Foster Jr. and Mirinda Foster; his brothers, Scott J. Foster of Groton, NY and Billy Jack Foster of Youngstown, OH; his uncle Bob Chandler; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Kelly, Mackenzie, Samantha, Alexis, Gage, Billy Jr., Terrance and Julian; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lily Rose, Brayden, Jayden, Greyson, Maya, Jase and Elyssa.
